Meet your facilitator

Alex is an integrative therapist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner at Tao Medicine.

His work brings together breathing practices, self-acupressure, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance to help people return to balance in a compassionate and grounded way.

His approach is simple, human, and deeply respectful of each person’s rhythm.

  • How stress is understood in Traditional Chinese Medicine
    (Yin–Yang balance, Qi flow, and organ systems)

  • How your body speaks when it’s overwhelmed
    Through sleep patterns, digestion, skin, cycle, and pain

  • Gentle practices to regulate the nervous system
    Breathing, self-acupressure, and meridian-based movements

  • Daily habits that support calm and resilience
    Nutrition, rhythm, and small restorative pauses

  • Herbal support in TCM
    Teas and gentle formulas for everyday life
